Motivasi, Disiplin, Lingkungan Sekolah: Kunci Prestasi Belajar

Riset ini bertujuan analisis dampak variabel motivasi, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan sekolah pada prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei, melibatkan siswa dari beberapa sekolah dasar sebagai responden. Metodologi riset ini memakai penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel senbanyak 80 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 20 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Merujuk pada hasil analisis, diperoleh hasil: (1) prestasi belajar siswa terdampak positif dari motivasi siswa; (2) prestasi belajar terdampak positif dari variabel disiplin siswa; (3) presatasi belajar terdampak positif dari variabel lingkungan sekolah. Riset ini memberi simpulan: variabel motivasi, lingkungan sekolah, kedisiplinan siswa secara parsial berdampak positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD di kecamatan Sungai Lala kabupaten Indragiri provinsi Riau. Dalam riset selanjutnya, perlu dilakukan riset pada variabel yang berdampak pada siswa yang lain.
