Sikap dan Keyakinan Guru PAUD Terhadap Pembelajaran Sains

Pembelajaran sains pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran penting dalam membangun rasa ingin tahu dan keterampilan berpikir kritis anak sejak dini.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis sikap dan keyakinan guru PAUD terhadap pembelajaran sains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan membagikan kuesioner Preschool Teachers' Attitudes and Beliefs Toward Science Teaching (P-TABS). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 74 guru yang mengajar pada Pendidikan anak usia dini dari usia 2 hingga 6 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan statistik. Hasil yang didapatkan Sebagian besar guru memiliki sikap dan keyakinan yang positif terhadap pembelajaran sains, namun dalam praktiknya guru tidak setiap hari memasukkan kegiatan sains karena keterbatasan waktu dalam mempersiapkan dan pelaksanaan, serta keterbatasan bahan dan media. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan adalah memberikan dukungan dari segi ketersediaan bahan dan media serta perlu adanya pelatihan pembelajaran sains pada anak usia dini
