Management

• The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the journal's editorial policy and final publication decisions, independent of the publisher's commercial interests.
• Managing Editors manage the editorial workflow, peer review, and production.
• The Editorial Board advises on scope and policy and handles manuscripts in their area of expertise.
• The publisher provides funding, infrastructure (hosting, DOI registration, archiving), and legal support, and does not interfere with editorial decisions.

Funding sources

The journal's operations are funded by article processing charges and support from the publisher. No advertising is accepted.
